# Sales on mobile

The Borkol mobile app shows the same **Quotes**, **Invoices** and **Payments** as the dashboard, under **Sales**, with search and status filters on each list.

## What you can do on the app

- Open a quote or invoice to see its customer, lines, totals, scope items and terms.
- **Resend email** on a sent quote or invoice.
- **Cancel** a quote that is still Draft, Requested or Sent.
- **Add payment** or **Mark as paid** on an invoice, and see the invoice's recorded payments.
- Open a quote's **View invoice** link once it has been converted.
- Open any stored **PDF** (including a signed quote's second PDF).
- Browse the global **Payments** list and tap through to the invoice a payment belongs to.

## What stays on the web

Writing or editing a quote or invoice — the lines table, scope groups, the photo picker — happens only in the dashboard, along with Sales settings, libraries and template editing. A screen that needs one of these links out to `app.borkol.com` instead of trying to reproduce it on the phone.
