# Store settings

**Shipping** and **Cart** live under **Webshop → Settings**; both are covered below. There is no separate general settings page.

VAT is no longer a store setting: tax classes moved to **Settings → Taxes**, where every business has them whether or not the Webshop module is on. See [Taxes](/docs/workspace/settings#taxes).

## Shipping methods

Shipping methods and their rates, in your shop currency.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Name | Required |
| Price | Required; the shipping price in major units, for example `4.95` (a comma works as decimal separator) |
| Free over | Optional order total above which shipping is free. Leave empty for no free shipping |

Add a method with the inline card and **Add** button; edit one via the **Edit** button in its row (**Save** / **Cancel**).

The table shows each method's Name, Price, Free over threshold (`-` when unset), and an active/inactive status badge. A method's active state can only be changed by selecting rows and using the bulk **Activate** / **Deactivate** actions; there is no toggle on the form. Bulk **Delete** removes methods after confirmation.

Active shipping methods are what you can pick when [creating a manual order](/docs/selling/orders) and what your storefront offers at checkout.

## Cart

The Cart page stacks two independent sections. Each has its own **Save** button; saving one section does not save the others.

### Cart policy

Who can add to cart, order limits, and when abandoned carts are pruned.

| Identity mode | **Guest checkout allowed**, **Login required**, or **Guest only (no accounts)** |
| Audience | **B2B and B2C**, **B2B only**, or **B2C only** |
| Minimum order value | Leave empty for no minimum |
| Max lines per cart | Maximum number of distinct lines |
| Max quantity per line | Maximum quantity per line |
| Abandoned after (hours) | Carts with no activity for this long are pruned. This threshold also drives the **Abandoned** pill and analytics on the [Carts screen](/docs/selling/carts) |

### Pricing display

Controls how prices appear on your storefront.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Guest prices | **Visible** or **Hidden until login** |
| VAT display | **Including VAT**, **Excluding VAT**, or **Automatic (by customer type)** |
| Show original price next to discounted price | Switch |
| Show quantity discount table on products | Switch |

### Quote requests

The **Quote requests** card is no longer on this page. Quote requests belong to the Sales module, so the card now lives under **Sales → Settings → Quotes**, and it only appears there while the Webshop module is enabled too. See [Quote requests](/docs/sales/settings#quote-requests).
