Carts

Monitor storefront carts, abandonment, and recovered value.

View as Markdown

The Carts screen under Webshop → Carts is a read-only monitor for shopping carts created through your storefront: funnel analytics, abandoned-cart insights, and a browsable cart list. You cannot create or edit carts here; carts only come into existence when a shopper adds items through your storefront.

Pick a period

The Last 7 days / Last 30 days / Last 90 days buttons at the top (30 days is the default) set the window for both the analytics cards and the cart list below them.

Analytics

Eight stat cards summarize the funnel for the selected period:

CardMeaning
CreatedCarts created
With linesCarts that got at least one item
Email capturedCarts where the shopper's email is known
Checkout startedCarts that reached checkout
ConvertedCarts that became orders
Abandonment rateShare of carts abandoned, as a percentage
Lost valueTotal value of abandoned carts
Recovered valueValue of carts recovered into orders

Two cards break the numbers down further:

  • Top abandoned products lists the products most often left behind, with how many times each was abandoned.
  • Value distribution shows how many carts fall into each value bucket (for example "25.00 EUR – 50.00 EUR").

The cart list

The list shows 25 carts per page. Filter by Status and sort by Last activity.

ColumnDescription
EmailThe captured email, or an em-dash when none was captured
ValueCart value
LinesNumber of lines
StatusStatus badge, plus a separate warning-toned Abandoned pill when applicable
Last activityRelative time, for example "2 hours ago"

Cart statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveThe cart is open
ConvertedThe cart became an order
MergedThe cart was merged into another cart (for example when a guest logs in)

Abandoned is not a status. It is a flag shown next to Active when the cart has had no activity for longer than your configured threshold. You set that threshold in the Abandoned after (hours) field under store settings.

Cart detail

Click a row to open a slide-over sheet (there is no separate cart page). The sheet shows:

  • The cart's email and status badge, and for carts claimed by a logged-in customer, a Customer: link to that customer's page.
  • A lines table (Product, Qty, Unit, Total) and totals (Subtotal, Total).
  • A timeline of cart events with date and time: Cart created, Line added, Line removed, Email captured, Checkout started, Converted to order, Merged into another cart, Claimed by customer, and Expired.

Closing the sheet refreshes the cart list.
